The link above is for Steve Anderson reproduction signs - they are very high quality and reasonably priced. He can also do custom work if you are interested. He's done several for me.

Here are some ads which a good friend loaned to me to scan. I don't think he is selling any of them, but it will give you an idea what great ads Victor produced.

which do I have?? lolol...dnt think i have "striping"
Quarter sawn oak is different from regular cut oak, it gives a "tiger striped" appearance. Yours is exceptional, since the "striping"/"flaking" is very pronounced... GOOGLE "quarter sawn oak" for an explanation...
Crazy i never really noticed...i mean i cleaned it when i got it...and noticed it but never gave it much thought. Only 15% of these were Oak....crazy!!! Appreciate you pointing out the gem i luckily have!!

Very nice L-Door.

Regarding your inquiry, there are lots of options. Anything from the period, phonograph related or music related should do. My favorite is to just put machines or other antiques or musical instruments above, below and around my machines.

There are high quality canvas banners available on eBay. Nice, framed phonograph ads can be nice. Sheet music can look nice as well. The Nipper here is just a downloaded and printed copy that I matted and framed, (about $25.00 total cost).

A Nipper or two is a necessity.

Quarter-dawn oak reveals ‘figure’ in the wood, not “striping” or “flaking”, although the wood has stripes, which is a characteristic. ‘Flake’ is squarish patches of a lighter color that interrupts the stripes.

L-Shaped, the albums aren’t leather. Typically, L-door Victrola albums are fabric covered. Some later albums use a pressed and coated paper that gives the appearance of leather.
