Replacing Felt on Record Tray of HMV 102

I need to replace the felt on my record tray of my blue HMV 102. Firstly I need to find a retailer that sells blue felt and then any tips on replacing the felt.

There are several options that have been mentioned for spray-on adhesives. I like to use a white craft glue called Eileen's Tacky Glue. What ever you choose, be certain that it won't saturate the felt and bleed through. Do a test piece first.

The blue was a difficult match to the original 102 blue and in the end I went for 'Teal' which comes very slightly darker. I used both spray on 3M adhesive and even double sided sticky tape on another turntable.
