Misrphon MISR 14 of صباح* (Sabah) singing مال الهوى يااعه (Mal El Hawa)

I'm shocked that a record this trashed can still play so well. If a 33 ⅓ was in this sort of shape it would be unplayable...

Discovered this in a box of records in my attic, definitely a unique find for me, enjoy!

Ha! So I uploaded a different video today and whilst there I was able to see the analytics of all my other videos. I could see that, of the 21 current viewers of this Misrphon video, only one person decided to react and that was with a thumbs down!

So I'm left to wonder: was this a culturally motivated "dislike" or maybe they didn't like my choice of needle?

I would love to own some records such as this Misrphone.
Misr is Arabic for Egypt, by the way.

I also own a bunch of exotic records, Turkish, Nigerian, Serbian, Hindi, Greek, etc. And I like to listen to them from time to time...

Oh no kidding! Thanks for that. I have another that I'll be posting, it's just been such a crazy month! Talk about returning to normal, we've been making up for lost time here ;-)
