WANTED: Lid and crank for Columbia BK/BKT

Hi, everyone. I'm looking for a lid and a crank for a Columbia BK or BKT. The crank is female/threaded, and may be common to other models; not sure if any other models used an identical lid. If you can help me out, or know someone who can, please PM me. Thanks!

I have been told a Columbia BQ lid would work, too. Anyone have one?
