Columbia Records Ad: January 1909.
Columbia takes a sharp stick and pokes both Edison and Victor in this ad. The subtext is " Your new Amberol records are WAY too delicate : our last FOREVER " and " that expensive Victor sounds way better with a Columbia double faced record on it."

One of the Columbia demonstration discs has a statement something like "Hear the music the way it REALLY sounds- not like other companies THINK it should sound"
