Anyone Ever Have Feet turned for a Victor 8-7?
I am looking to have four feet turned for my two 8-7's. I have half of one original foot. Not sure if a custom knife is needed or if it can be turned free hand. Just wondering if someone else has needed feet reproduced. Also will be offering one 8-7 for sale once I find a source for feet.

I have used these folks for reproduction Credenza feet and a job for our church. Excellent work!!! Reasonable, especially in quantity. I usually send them a dimensioned drawing, but I suppose you could send a sample for them to copy.

$9.25 each for 48 pcs. That was in 2017. It was the tall style bun foot.
After keeping 2 or 3 sets for myself, I've sold several others. (Still have a few sets left if anyone has interest.) I'll admit, an 8-7 is a rare machine. There may not be much market to sell extras, but then I guess you may not have to buy 48 pcs. (That qty. was of my own choosing

Do you have dimensions or a drawing of the foot?

What a great question! I never stopped to think what an 8-7 foot would look like.

I was actually asking Skihawx. We both live in New Hampshire and I have a good lathe and mill.
I have to ask, what does

Here are a couple of pictures of what I have. It is 2-⅜" at it widest, 2-¼" at the top, and only 1-⅜" tall.

Yes, I know you were asking Skihawx, and not me. It's still a great question, is it not? In this case,Django wrote: Wed Mar 30, 2022 8:55 pmI was actually asking Skihawx. We both live in New Hampshire and I have a good lathe and mill.

Thank you for the clarification, Jerry. I’m not up on emojis, so I wasn’t sure if I had irritated you.
