

The last 18 I did had back problems to. The trim was missing from the bottom of the back doors. I checked into having them milled but it was cost prohibitive. I ended up making a silicone mold of the top trim and mixing dye into fiberglass resin to recreate the trim, here is a before and after. I still have the mold but without the sides it wont help me. Since you have/had another XVIII, if all else fails, you could take measurements of the back of it and reproduce a back for the new one. It would be a time consuming project, but not beyond your capability from what I've seen of your work.
