Can someone help me to identify this Columbia portable model and its manufacturing period?

Thank you!

That looks like the "New Columbia Portable" -- Model 140 -- which was introduced in 1924. Don't know how long it was in production, but probably not more than a year or two.

Page 203 -- "Columbia Phonograph Companion, Vol. II": "The New Columbia Model 140 portable phonograph featured the new one-spring motor; New Reproducer, and a sliding drawer under the turntable which held eight records. Columbia's famous tone leaves were housed in the top of the lid. The cabinet was finished in black fabrikoid and trimmed with nickel plated metal parts. (Height 8 ⅞"; Width 11 ¾"; Depth 16 ⅛")"

There was a short discussion about this model here -- viewtopic.php?p=232891

OrthoFan got it - it's a model 140. Dates to the mid '20s. The red, white, and blue banner is very similar to that used on their record label for a year or so.
