WANTED: Victor II motor board locking latch and horn elbow

My sincere apologies to all the astute members! This is of course a Vic II! Brain fart. I edited the post accordingly!

So with that said, what should I do with the elbow above on the left? Seems like I should replace it with the correct one. If so, anyone have one? Or a motor board lock latch?
