Dick Tracy's RCA-Victor

Post by gramophoneshane »

I was watching the old Dick Tracy TV series recently, and one episode shows an RCA victor radiogram I think.
I was just curious if anyone knows what model it is?
(sorry about the poor quality photos of the TV screen)

It's an RAE-84, that's been "modified" by removing the changer record magazine. I think Greg has posted a picture of his complete unit in a thread awhile back.

If you want to see the changer in operation:

Another reason to go to Union... Dick Tracy Days are in Woodstock, IL about the same time as Union. You can walk the town square and visit the Dick Tracy museum in City Hall. Life is good.
