Is this a crane for a small cylinder horn?
Please see the attached photos. This item came with a Columbia AT, which I no longer have. It was not attached to the AT, just tucked inside under the lid. It seems rather short in length and unnecessary for a cylinder player with a short horn. I don't think the rod has been cut down from a longer length. Am I sure of that? No, not 100%.

Yes, it’s the top half of an Edison Gem crane. You can identify it from the shape of the hook.
