Garbage bin "victrola" (their description...) with claw feet. Sounds as good as it looks!

I'd love to see the "original operating instructions" that the seller is including with the above crapophone!

I just had to resurrect this thread when I saw this one tonight:

The description: this gramophone is also called a palour phone it has a brass horn and brass port holes to view pictures as well, it works well and comes with records. this is a very interesting piece of furniture,it is carved timber has two handles one for pictures and one for gramophone.it was perchased years ago from the governers outpost at cooranbong, i am changing decore so i hate to say goodby and hope the new owner will take care of her, it also comes on a seperate stand. the picture in the photo is what was in it, but could be changed by a professional.

Notice how regardless of the complex appearance, it still has the classic
crappo horn banged out with a hammer in some back ally in India. :lol:
