I’m actually going to be hooking my rotary phone up via Bluetooth to my cellphone soon. So if you call me and I’m at my apartment… chances are I’m gonna be answering on the rotary instead of my cellphone.
Even though I’m young I hate my iPhone. It’s so time wasting and distracting. I miss the days when I had no cellphone

When you were, like, 2 years old? Kids today.
When I got my first apt there were no cell phones. Even cordless was pretty much unheard of. Party lines were still a thing in some areas. Nobody had answering machines.
No GPS- you had to find your way with a paper map. (and they say cell phones are distracting!

) Nobody was filming everything you did. If you met up with an attractive member of the opposite sex in a dark hallway on campus and the feelings were mutual, if nobody saw you it didn't happen.

Something like the Kennedy assassination just happened to get captured by Zapruder because he had an 8mm camera set up. Nobody else did.
Today there would be thousands of cell phone videos on YouTube and the mystery of whether there was a second shooter on the grassy knoll wouldn't be, because a thousand people would have caught him on their phones doing it.
The best part? We still had phonographs and records. No MP3 or even CDs. There were tapes, but those were for your car.
