Re: Edison Triumph with Cygnet horn
I logged in and checked the auction as it ended.... It jumped from $216 to $251 with less than a minute left. Y'all be easy on me.... I know it was a good deal, but I am completely out of room and didn't have any prospects for an immediate resale to a fellow forum member. I may be downsizing soon and am having to pick and choose. That, and gas prices, have me rethinking EVERYTHING right now.
Again, be easy on me... I know that was a good deal!

I bid it up to $250, but honestly it was going to be a hassle to sort it out, especially since the only machine I want is a HMV 203.
Hope it goes to a good home!

Garret is right. With poor packing, the purchaser will end up with some firewood and broken cast parts. Doing it right takes a lot of time and care.Garret wrote: Sun Jul 03, 2022 7:48 amDid you see the loose joint in the back of the case? Shipping without serious care would be asking for trouble.BigC wrote: Fri Jul 01, 2022 12:25 am I know I would also pay to get it shipped. But they won't change the local pickup only. I already asked.
