The Triumph looks all that its name implies, David. Rather nice going.
I'd like to see how that cabinet will look with all the shelves & pegs installed--certainly much nicer now than as a plant stand or towel rack like it started out.

Re: Herzog full barrel restoration
Well folks, for now this is the end of the thread. It will be awhile before I can get around to making pegs, shelves, and the opening mechanism. Plus I don’t even have the space to open it up so I am just gonna enjoy it as it is for now.
Here’s some photos. A huge thanks to everyone who’s helped me out this long process. Without your help I wouldn’t have this cabinet in my apartment now.
To be continued!

Off topic, but I couldn't resist...
We can see behind the main scenes the likes of your attempt to build a paper giant horn for an emg...?

Yeah that was a project I gave up awhile back. The newspaper wasn't the best material to make it out of... it was just too soft. SO I trashed the whole project. One day I will get back to it.Inigo wrote: Sun Sep 11, 2022 6:44 am Off topic, but I couldn't resist...![]()
