ARMY phono

Post by Phono-Phan »

Someone brought an ARMY phono to me for repair. Does anyone know the spring size or who can replace the two mainsprings? He doesn't mind shipping the motor to someone that can get this working again. It appears that one or both springs are broken. I just don't have the time right now do work on one like this.

That's a cool little machine. If it were mine I would just send the motor in for repair and get one of "our" repair guys to replace both springs. That way all he has to do is put it back on and not have worry about damaging the case or other parts during shipping and the crazy high shipping charges we've seen lately.
