We are selling from mothers estate a Columbia Grafonola model G-2. It is in very good condition with the box/crate it was originally shipped in. The pictures show it to be dirty as it hasn't been polished in a while. We also have several of the records that were played on it. I belive the mechanism is in good condition but not sure if it works or not as we are afraid to wind it up. You must see this to appreciate the quality of this piece.

Oh come on now, Victor used to manufacture and ship Columbia machines
all the time! Especially with big fake HMV logos on the crates.

And the original records will quite probably be Edison or Pathé discs too! Or post-WW2 Lawrence Welk ones that have been played to their absolute death. How stupid - or cunning - can you be to advertise an obvious scam like this?

I heard that they merged after Columbia went bankrupt. They are using up NOS. LOL

probably like a coffee pot where you buy a new one and put the old one back in the box
