"... crank does not work but the rest of the unit is georgios[sic]." Indeed. Something bad has been done to the finish. I had to look two or three times to confirm that it's oak, and not some kind of weird mahogany. Still, for $20, how could you go wrong?

It's the same vintage as my XI, c. 1917, judging by the cabinet configuration.
