Cylinder cabinet?

Cylinder cabinet?
I was able to get this cabinet at an auction recently. There was an Amberola 50 on it and had cylinder records in their boxes inside which went for higher bids. I have never seen one of these before and am wondering if it was home made. If so, it was done very well. It is also pretty heavy for it's size. There is a small at the top and three drawers that fit the records perfectly. Has anyone seen one like this?

I bought an Amberola 50 on one about 6 years ago off Craigs List. I also though it was home made, but now a second pops up!
