I would be very grateful to anyone here who has a good usable Edison Amberola 50 or 75 top works casting (please see pics below). I only need the casting (no other parts). I recently purchased an Edison Amberola 50 sight unseen and, unfortunately, as you can see in my pictures below someone in the past broke the left side casting boss that secures the left side of the carriage rod. I'm not interested in trying to repair it. Just looking for another casting. Ideally, the one I would prefer would be the later production casting that doesn't have the ID plate riveted to the rear of the casting but I'm pleased to get most any Amberola 50 or 75 casting that's in reasonable condition.
Many thanks, in advance, to anyone here on the Forum who has one available to offer.
Doug

I will check next time I'm at Vintage Music Company if you haven't found one already. I assume you do NOT want any motor parts?FellowCollector wrote: Sun Oct 30, 2022 3:22 pm I would be very grateful to anyone here who has a good usable Edison Amberola 50 or 75 top works casting (please see pics below). Thank you for the help. Only need the casting without any parts but might consider one with the parts. The motor and upper works are working on this one I have with the broken part.
