Now I need to rebuild my exhibition and find an escutcheon that doesn’t cost me as much as this machine did! Ain’t gonna find that on eBay so..TO THE YANKEE TRADER!

The original gold plated exhibition soundbox is now rebuilt. This is about as good as it’s gonna get. I had less trouble getting the gasket length correct this time around.
I’m not going to consider my machine completed until I get the original racks for the record storage!
Here’s how it sounds!

Re: Look what followed me home from Lincoln NE!
While I wait for my part from Earl, I noticed a picture of another Queen Anne XIV online whose storage appears to be one of a later machine.
Looking at the S/N it appears to be 6338?
Which still puts it later in 1911.
So I’m guessing the metal slats only lasted a year and was later redesigned?

Well I have the rack from Earl (I’m waiting for the screws) But I’m not 100% sure if this is how the slats go in? Is there another piece missing or do I have it In correctly?

The slats go up near the door opening, and there is supposed to be a horizontal strip on the bottom further back. I'll take some photos of mine when I get home from work.
