Strange start to 2023

On an ebay subsidiary site someone advertised these empty cylinder boxes. Of course my first question was "are you selling exactly these pictured?"

Answer was YES. Obviously as I'm posting this you know that things went sideways. I received some poor quality edison & columbia boxes.

Asking for an explanation the seller "Hans" claimed he did not understand the question. "Cyliners all look the same to me?" he claimed

Time for a new guide dog

If you bought it on ebay, file an "item not as described" case. You will almost certainly get your money back and may not have to return the item.
