Repair question for zon-O-Phone Concert V Reproducer

I think to replace the mica on my Concert V reproducer but it's not clear to me what I must remove in order to remove the mica. I've attached a photo. Are there two inner rings or just one? It would be a great help if someone who has actually done this repair could respond.

It's a single ring, but it is easily marred during removal.

I would send this reproducer to Wyatt Markus for a rebuild, you won't be disappointed!
