Is this a genuine Bettini reproducer?

Post by CharliePhono »

Please look at this listing https://www.ebay.com/itm/155435224945 and tell me if the Bettini reproducer being offered with the machine is genuine. I don't know enough about them; the only thing I'm aware of is apparently there were reproductions of these made in the past decade or so.

What sayeth the TMF community? Thanks!

It's the real thing, but the top part is missing. That would be problematic to find.

Not knowing Bettinis very well, is this something that could be replicated?

Possibly, but it would be very expensive. The entire mounting bracket assembly is missing..
