It's great to hear that you bought the machine, Steve! As I mentioned, it is a good performer and has a unique design as well, looking good either with the wood or the green tin horn.Steve wrote: Sat Apr 22, 2023 5:14 pm It is......a great word and hopefully a good buy too. I've only ever seen 4 for sale in the past 30 years and I've bought 2 of them.
I will have a School Model for sale at some point, complete with horn and ready to go. The horn has been repainted a different green as the HMV green is difficult to match in a spray paint so I figured another "period" green might work better. I don't like black horns with oak and the red sends you mad apparently. I think some folks consider me mad enough already!![]()

Thanks, Carlos. Now all I really need is a Wilson horn for it. Now, where might one of those be hiding?CarlosV wrote: Sun Apr 23, 2023 9:07 amIt's great to hear that you bought the machine, Steve! Go to Germany quickly, everybody. There's three of them for sale. They're like London buses!Zeppy wrote: Tue Apr 25, 2023 2:33 pm And everyone's second chance to get their hands on one:
