That's interesting! Apart from soundbox, its rest and probably motor, it is identical to the Columbia machine, including the padded case. The Victory brand is also quite obscure; there are the little Victory records, but I think these records were long gone by the time the Columbia 113 reached the market, so probably there is no relation.
