Does anyone have any info on this Japanese BOLERO Portable Gramophone? I have found a similar one on a Japanese site but no details.
It's a shame that most of the pics "nostalgia" uploaded under "The long awaited list of Japan made Columbia gramophones" are now lost.

A real curiosity, this! There are a few "Columbia" style fittings as found on the Japanese models, i.e, the record rack in the lid (also found on the British Columbia 112A), the auto brake, the lid closing mechanism and the "wings" on the sides of the internal horn. The trade mark is very akin to that on the British "Dulcetto" portables, though differently coloured. Hmm......
