I found two boxes without cylinders in the past 10-15 yrs...

Someone made them in epoxy, but I only found one - just after it sold.

Valcan Records of the UK makes a reproduction 6” cylinder. Not cheap though.

Out of stock, but normal Price: £70.00 - still half the price of an original and they don't break...

Don't polish the bell,, just let it mellow with age.. Glad you got this machine and are happy with it.

Nice machine. I have a BGT as one of the stars of my collection. It has a 9 panel nickel plated horn and 2/4 min. gearing. I have had good luck finding 6 inch cylinders. I bought a lot of 3 at Stanton’s a few years ago and a friend sold me some a couple of years ago. Good luck in your quest for cylinders.
