Odd bracket bracket?

I found this back bracket on a Victor MS machine, removed it and replaced with a Victor III back bracket and tone arm.
I mention this only because it fit properly on the Victor III.
But what machine does it belong on? I'm thinking European or Zonophone and would appreciate any help please.
