The "Ballhaus Phantasie" talking machine was first offered on eBay Germany in June 2020. The minimum bid was 4000 euros. The auction was cancelled by the seller "e-b-a-y_2008".
I would have expected to see it in restored condition next time. In the German forum we have reported about it in detail and the current seller(?!) has thoroughly informed himself about it. See here:
