Edison B250 vs. C19

This is probably a silly question, but what is the real substantial difference between these two machines? I’ve got a C19 and it’s very reliable. I understand that the 250 models came earlier, but is there a real functional difference?

I think it’s the Drawer storage of the C-250 VS the Slat storage of the C-19. And that earlier models had pin striping.

Functionally, no, there is no difference between the B/C-250 and the C-19. There are minor differences between them, like the "shock proof" governor on the B-250.
