AGAIN. ONCE A BID IS RECEIVED ON A LISTING . THE SHIPPING ( WHETHER US ONLY OR INTERNATIONAL) IT CANNOT BE CHANGED. I EVEN CALLED EBAY THEY SAID THE SAME THING

I think you might be missing the point of my question. I'm not sure why the emphasis on "again" is necessary, as to my knowledge, you haven't once explained the problem in response to my question, either here or on Ebay. I CANNOT bid at all, plain and simple, because I'm in the UK. Your listing is effectively blocking the bids by not offering "worldwide" shipping at the outset. THERE IS NO OPTION TO BID. The simplest thing to have done would be to end the listing and re-list it earlier on when the problem was raised. Anyway I'm clearly out now with the rest of the non-US bidders and have nothing further to add. Good luck with it anyway.
