Richmond is a southern suburb of Vancouver, BC. It is close to two US border crossings with Washington state.

The Imperial console here seems in neither great nor horrendous cosmetic condition. It also seems to be largely complete (knobs notably missing). It is, however, partially dismantled and not in working order.

Imperial machines were made in Owen Sound, Ontario. I believe they are relatively rare, especially on the West Coast.

I hope someone saves this bit of Canadiana from a drinks cabinet fate.
