This is one of the rarest Bettini offerings... A Bettini Micro-Phonograph Model 99 attachment on an Edison Square Lid Standard with Original Horn. See the copy of advert for this attachment.

The Standard runs a little noisy but the attachment is in lovely original condition as is the horn. Exceptionally Rare this machine will ship from Melbourne, Australia in 3 boxes.
