WANTED: Zonophone horn, brake, and crank

Hello all! I am on the hunt for a few parts for a rear mounted Zonophone. Im hoping that someone can help we finish my machine. I have a partial brake but im not sure what the rest if the brake actually consists of. I need the pinned crank about 3 inches long, and a horn that fits my machine. Also i am finding it hard to properly ID this model. If anyone can help me ID this model that would be great. Any help is greatly appreciated!
