WANTED: Nice Columbia Q Lid/case

Hi All- I'm looking for a Nice lid for a Columbia Q (as in attached picture). Decal and veneer condition must be good. Thanks for looking! Either style decal is fine--> "Graphophone" or "Columbia Graphophone". I don't need base, but will consider a complete case.
