Is this an oddball "Exhibition" type reproducer?
It was on my VV-80? See pic below

An educated opinion- that screw arrangement could be to circumvent a patent.

That is not a victor product, its off of a 1920s orthophonic era silvertone portable.

I ordered a #2 for it anyway (and rebuild kit for the #2. I think that Silvertone is using the Exhibition size mica and gaskets.

If that reproducer really does use an Exhibition size mica, then a #2 rebuild kit will not work. The Exhibition and the No. 2 have different size diaphragms and use a different style gasket. I was mistaken. It is the #2 sized mica in the Silvertone.
