Rexonola meets Amberola

Found this on the bay, The cabinet is an Australian made Rexonola and of course the rest is Edisons Amberola :lol:

That is a pretty good conversion job and the result is more attractive than most of Edison's Amberola cabinets.

Perhaps, but actually much nicer looking than a typical Amberola 30 - most of the small Amberolas are pretty uninspiring, the lid moldings often being the sole ornament. Edison's cylinder machine cabinet styling was quite polar- either very ornate or very plain, if you wanted to dress it up your option was the horn.
