SOLD: Edison Army/Navy DD phonograph $750.00

Edison Army/Navy DD phonograph. Runs and plays well. The reproducer has a good diamond and has new gaskets have been installed. The motor is in good running condition, recently cleaned, lubricated and adjusted. The pictures show the condition of the cabinet and, although it shows its age, it is quite solid.
The hasp has been replaced at some point and the grille is a reproduction made by Brett Hurt. The operating manual is there, although it is missing the cover.
Pickup at Stanton’s November auction, no shipping, cash only. More pictures are available on request. $750.00.

The lid latch can be remade if you can get another machine to use as a pattern. I had to do it for another Army & Navy some years ago. Otherwise seems like a decent example!
