I also happen to own one of these, like the one in the first picture with the azure label, but with a sleeve not as funny as yours. In my case it's a Soviet issue of Binario by Claudio Villa. This song was quite late in his career and was issued only on 45 rpm in Italy, so I had to target "exotic" markets to quench my desire to own it on 78 rpm. So yes, these records are perhaps not sought after, but may contain rarities.
I think that this bunch of Soviet records of yours would deserve a thread of its own, once you've listened to them. If some nice choir or some traditional song is featured, that would be very interesting being reported and/or listened to.
