IN SEARCH OF a crane for my edison standard model A/ morning glory glory horn combo, Hopefully in Canada

Post by Danny1978 »

Hello, I may have to go with another design of crane perhaps as I do have the support which hangs from the lip of the case.....but it is in the back.

That is a Hawthorne & Sheble No. 6 crane, which was designed to be mounted to the front of the cabinet.

You should be able to remove the Crane Support from the back to the front. It does not look like the Support is screwed in. I have a repro Crane. I am in Brampton Ont.

Thanks Angelo, merry Christmas. It has a ⅛ of inch notch on top off the rear lip of the box that it rests in... interesting that someone made it rear mount. I sent you a email regarding the crane.
