What is a 'Gramophone Gallery' ?

I came across this record sleeve. It is only one half of a record sleeve - hopefully I have the other half some-where.

Anyway, I wonder what a 'Gramophone Gallery' actually is ? Maybe an old phrase from the 1920's / 30's ?

Did the rubber company sell gramophones, rubber gramophone parts only, have photographs of gramophones on walls or could it have been the name of the small 'district' the company was situated in ?

If any-one is familiar with what 'Gramophone Gallery' means or can 'throw light' on this I would be very grateful.

Is it possible that the Rubber company was an outlet for cycle tires and bicycles that added gramophones to their trade as many seemed to in the mid 1900s.
Gallery is probably a pretentious way of suggesting show room and being more artistic as in an art gallery.

The demand for tires and new records being more regular and profitable than sound box gaskets.

The shop still exists as an old enough building to be this one as a travel agent in the most recent picture online.

Ah, I wish it was possible to have a look to see exactly what it looked like.

Interesting record sleeves which show that there were (quite) a few other places which used the concept.
