Help Getting Machine in OH

There's an upright Paramount listed on marketplace in New Philadelphia, OH. I'm interested in it but can't currently drive up to get it. (I'm located outside Nashville.) I would like to make an offer, but wanted to see if there's someone in the area who is able and willing to assist. (Maybe even meet halfway?)
