RCA gold bracelet?

I, by pure chance, found this in a junk store today. Any idea what it is? The only thing I found online was this blurb from an old ebay auction, but it had no picture because it was from 2006. It sounds very much like the one I have pictured.

I would believe it to be a service anniversary or retirement gift from back when corporations cared about their employees. The RCA logo on that charm came into existence in ~1969, so I it is not that old.
