I, by pure chance, found this in a junk store today. Any idea what it is? The only thing I found online was this blurb from an old ebay auction, but it had no picture because it was from 2006. It sounds very much like the one I have pictured.
"This auction is for a RCA 45 Year Employee Service Award ID Bracelet (model 608) by O.C. Tanner. This bracelet features an area that can be engraved with a name. It features a floating 10K Gold RCA Logo Emblem with 4 Diamonds. The bracelet measures approximately 7 inches long. The bracelet is marked A.J.C.CO. 1/20 12KT.G.F. This item is direct from the archives of the RCA HR Dept. It has never been used and comes complete in the hinged gift box with outer paper sleeve. I believe this item dates back to the 1960's. It will be a nice addition to any RCA Collection. Winning Bidder can specify shipping method and pays the charge (no COD's). Payment can be made via Money Order, Cashiers Check and Personal Check. Please allow 10 days for personal checks to clear before item is shipped. Please e-mail me with any questions you may have and Good Luck Bidding!!!"

Re: RCA gold bracelet?
I would believe it to be a service anniversary or retirement gift from back when corporations cared about their employees. The RCA logo on that charm came into existence in ~1969, so I it is not that old.
