Victor Long Throat Reproducers
I am working on two Victor long throat reproducers. One is an Exhibition Jr. It has a mica without the hole for the small screw to attach to the needle bar. The needle bar tab doesn't have a threaded hole for a screw. The same is for the mica and the needle bar tab on the other one. These are the first ones I have come across that don't have the typical little screw to hold the mica on the needle bar. Someone has done a poor black paint job on the Exhibition Jr. I don't see any nickel plating where the paint is gone. There is also no nickel plating on the other one. Is that also common for the earlier versions of these reproducers? My other two Exhibition Jr. reproducers have either no nickel plating or a black finish and they both have the little screw on the needle bar tab.

Re: Victor Long Throat Reproducers
Had a Vic R many years ago that had the Jr reproducer. It was also black so my guess is that's the way they came.
