Pathé Phonograph recorder

Hello
I was curious about the recorder for the Pathé phonograph. I cannot find any videos anywhere of a demo for this or even for a Columbia recorder. Has anyone tried using these before? I am very interested in how they sound.

I'm not too sure if your talking about a cylinder record but if found a silent film on it.
