Full sized replicas of the HMV trademark, especially the twenty-four copies produced by Barraud until 1924, are always in demand. Nevertheless, although nicely painted, this unsigned copy of unknown date and origin should fetch not more than 10% of what the seller asks.
The cut off letterhead of the French branch of the Gramophone Co. sticking to the frame fails as proof of genuineness. It makes me suspicious instead.
