When I can put my hands on these two varieties of the scroll labels (blue and green), I take photos and post them here for y'all to see. I'm in the middle of a huge record re-org, so this could take some time...

My only VE Blue label records have the "Bat Wing" label, so I would say that the series was cancelled fairly soon after electrical recording came in. That's interesting that a Blue scroll label exists. Victor created a new, lower priced series in both 10" and 12" sizes in Red Seal to accomodate the records they previously had on blue--the single-face versions that preceeded the blue label were purple. I guess they wanted to cut down on the stocks of colored paper they needed.
