Victor 10-50 part needed

Post by Cadlac84 »

Good afternoon, wondering if anyone has the roller, that is part of the record loading arm, for a victor 10-50, that they would be willing to sell? Mine is missing the roller. I will include a picture (not mine) that i found on the forum here, of the part needed. Thank you!

Sorry I don’t have a spare roller to send. That part is often missing because it is only held in by the spring action of the upper part of the magazine arm.

Here are some photos and a dimensioned sketch if anyone needs to make one.

Just to use the machine, as a provisional repair you could try a roller from a video tape machine... I guess the key value is the diameter, the length not so important, provided it fits in the arm. Or make one out of a cork cap from a wine bottle, adding a nail as axis... ;)

I made one for Carl's 10-50 and he said it works great. I have four more available. $40 each including shipping to the lower 48 states.
