Hello all,
I recently received a meltrope 3 soundbox and was wondering if it would fit on a HMV 101 or other gramophones with the same size tone arm? Only reason a can't test this myself is because the rubber insulator has perished.
Also does anyone now how I could replace this insulator or where to purchase a replacement one.
Thank you
Meltrope 3 soundbox

Re: Meltrope 3 soundbox
Member bassethoundtrio, I believe, sells these rubber connectors. They're made in different internal diameters to fit the hmv/Victor thin (exhibition, no2, no4) or fat (orthophonic, 16, 5a/b) tonearms, other sizes for emg and others.
They are also in eBay, Amazon and the like. Just look for meltrope rubber connector...
